Poulet Galore 2As we move through the summer months towards fall we can look forward to a handful of highly anticipated restaurant openings slated for the fall months and here is that list.

  • Vestal in South Lake Union: projected opening this week!
    • Seasonal local Northwest fare cooked by Josh Henderson himself
  • New Luck Toy in West Seattle: projected opening in early fall
    • This new eatery will serve Americanized Chinese food
  • Raccolto in West Seattle: projected opening in late September
    • By the same folks that brought you Vendemmia, the menu will be similar but at a lower price point
  • Cantine/Poulet Galore in South Lake Union: projected opening for Cantine in mid fall (Poulet just opened!)
    • Also by Josh Henderson and the Huxley Wallace Collective, Poulet Galore will be reminiscent of a rotisserie chicken stand with Cantine as a tap room/lounge
  • FlintCreek in Greenwood: projected opening in late September
    • A meat focused restaurant by those that brought you the fabulous RockCreek in Fremont
  • Frankie & Jo’s in Capitol Hill: projected opening in October
    • Plant-based ice cream shop
  • Vine & Spoon/Alchemy in West Seattle: projected opening in fall
    • Vine & Spoon will be an upscale spot with New American cuisine and Alchemy, in the same building, will be a chemistry-inspired bar
  • Southpaw in Capitol Hill: projected opening in late October
    • A pizza shop with obvious and unique toppings
  • No Anchor/Navy Strength both in Belltown: projected opening September for No Anchor and the end of the year for Navy Strength
    • A duo of bars from the creators of Rob Roy; No Anchor will be beer-inspired and Navy Strength will be tiki-inspired

Looking forward to football, crisp weather and new restaurants!
