As we move through the summer months towards fall we can look forward to a handful of highly anticipated restaurant openings slated for the fall months and here is that list.
- Vestal in South Lake Union: projected opening this week!
- Seasonal local Northwest fare cooked by Josh Henderson himself
- New Luck Toy in West Seattle: projected opening in early fall
- This new eatery will serve Americanized Chinese food
- Raccolto in West Seattle: projected opening in late September
- By the same folks that brought you Vendemmia, the menu will be similar but at a lower price point
- Cantine/Poulet Galore in South Lake Union: projected opening for Cantine in mid fall (Poulet just opened!)
- Also by Josh Henderson and the Huxley Wallace Collective, Poulet Galore will be reminiscent of a rotisserie chicken stand with Cantine as a tap room/lounge
- FlintCreek in Greenwood: projected opening in late September
- A meat focused restaurant by those that brought you the fabulous RockCreek in Fremont
- Frankie & Jo’s in Capitol Hill: projected opening in October
- Plant-based ice cream shop
- Vine & Spoon/Alchemy in West Seattle: projected opening in fall
- Vine & Spoon will be an upscale spot with New American cuisine and Alchemy, in the same building, will be a chemistry-inspired bar
- Southpaw in Capitol Hill: projected opening in late October
- A pizza shop with obvious and unique toppings
- No Anchor/Navy Strength both in Belltown: projected opening September for No Anchor and the end of the year for Navy Strength
- A duo of bars from the creators of Rob Roy; No Anchor will be beer-inspired and Navy Strength will be tiki-inspired
