After living in Snoqualmie for years with their family, these buyers moved to LA for a year to give sunny California a go. However, their hearts, family and friends were here in the PNW, so they decided to move home.
Wanting to move back to or near Snoqualmie we focused our search from the Ridge and down through North Bend. Looking for a house with a great layout for a family and near to parks, we found some great options. But when a house with a park right outside the front door with a nice sized yard on a corner lot came up, it seemed like the perfect fit. And with the same layout as the home they lived in previously, they didn’t even need to fly into town for a showing. In a competitive market and neighborhood, we came in with our boxing gloves on and made an extremely competitive offer. We were not the highest offer, but we were the strongest, so we locked this house down for our buyers and were off to the races!
