This family was packing up and relocating from Utah so both could begin work at the University of Washington (go Huskies!).
They had done a recon mission to the area and scoped out the neighborhoods they could see themselves in. They provided criteria like, open layout, number of bedrooms and schools. With that, the search began. Although they sent us many homes they had their eye on, when they came to town we used our area expertise to include a couple picks of our own that were a bit outside of their box. And sure enough after a whirlwind weekend of house hunting, they settled upon a house we selected that they never would have considered but turned out to be the perfect home for them in Seattle’s Bryant neighborhood.

With the Buyers out of the state, we took care of coordinating the inspection, sewer scope, sending photos of inspection item progress, carpet cleaners, post-closing rentals, and meter readings for utility set up so that the process for them was hassle free and when they arrived everything was ready for them and their two young kids.
