Being relocated to Seattle from Anchorage for work, these buyers were getting ready for a big life change. They put their log cabin home up for sale and were referred to us by their Alaska Real Estate Agent, who we coincidentally helped sell their personal condo in Belltown several years prior.
Once their home was on the market in Anchorage, we began their search here in Seattle for a great one bedroom modern condo in Belltown or Downtown. Since these buyers weren’t planning on coming down in person for their search we made sure that our property tour videos were dialed in. They included information on potential view obstructions, building amenities, and detailed shots of the unit interiors. After sending several options their way, they saw a video that made them sit up and take notice. It was at the Cristalla. So we returned, and measured every room, measured appliances that they intended to replace, and shot several more detailed videos highlighting the things they wanted more detail on. It turned out to be the one. After negotiating the inspection, we worked closely with their Alaska Realtor to make sure we were up to date on when we could close here so we could time everything perfectly for their move.
