- Good Bar in Pioneer Square – by those who brought you Marination
- Manolin in Fremont – by the former general manager of Walrus & the Carpenter
- The Loan Stranger in Belltown – by Tom Douglas
- 7 Beef in Central District – by those who brought you Monsoon and Ba Bar
- Chop Shop Cafe and Chop Shop Juice & Provisions in Capitol Hill – by those who brought you Volunteer Park Cafe
- Hommage in Queen Anne – by those who brought you Book Bindery (this is opening in the same space since Book Bindery has closed it’s doors)
