Matthew Gardner, Windermere Real Estate’s Chief Economist, just released this month’s episode of Monday with Matthew. At the end of last year, he published his Top-10 Predictions for 2023 and, as we hit the mid-year mark, he decided to take another look at his forecasts to see how accurate they have or have not been! These were the predictions he made last November, and they covered everything from my expectations for home sales and prices to shifting government policies.
