We have been making touring homes a priority. We always work hard to preview homes that meet our buyers criteria so we can offer feedback before they take time out of their schedule to view the home in person. And we tour those properties that are comparable to our upcoming house sales so we can provide our sellers with accurate pricing recommendations.
However, over the last few months we are trying to get into more and more houses in person which is both fun for us and beneficial to our clients by increasing our knowledge. We are also sharing some of those homes with unique features with you on Instagram so you can enjoy seeing more homes as well!
