With folks traveling and enjoying the outdoors, the Seattle area real estate market typically slows down a bit as less sellers put their homes on the market and less buyers are in town to compete for those homes.
What does that mean if you are a seller or buyer? Since there are less buyers out there, there is less competition so buyers might find themselves in a less competitive situation. In turn, although sellers might not have as many buyers looking, there are less houses on the market for buyers to chose from so your home might just be the only one in the neighborhood for a buyer to fall in love with. Tons of opportunities out there in the summer!
