It was an absolute pleasure working with Marco, Loren and their team. They helped my wife and me sell our condo on Queen Anne, giving us wonderful advice and guidance throughout the whole process. From staging our unit beautifully to talking us through what to expect once it hit the market they were with us every step of the way. The local housing market is stressful but Marco and the crew made it easy. We can’t recommend them highly enough!  

Marco and Loren helped us find and buy two great places: a house in Wedgwood and a condo in Greenwood. They did so with improbable levels of insight, patience, responsiveness, and friendliness. They came recommended by our friends, and we’ve sent friends their way. Everyone in this chain of recommendations found a home they love, and I suspect Marco and Loren will always have their hands full because their services as real estate agents simply have no downsides.

My second time using Marco to sell a downtown Seattle condo.  Great job both times, 8-years apart.  I don’t live in Seattle anymore, so it was critical for me to have someone that I trusted with the unit, and to be my representative in the city.  Selling from out of town, I couldn’t ask for more.I would recommend Marco and his team to anyone.

Marco and Loren are the best in the business.  Marco is patient and all about his clients.  From pick up to drop off, from the ins and outs of contracts to the negotiation, and now even good advice on how to use our heater (apparently turn the fuses on) – Marco gives the most amazing service.  His expertise, integrity and love for the job really shines through.  It also doesn’t hear that he tells wickedly funny stories.

They are so good at explaining the how’s and why’s.  I don’t know what I would have done without their advice, guidance, expertise and professionalism.  I highly recommend Marco and Loren to anyone that is looking for the best to handle their real estate needs.

It would be hard to imagine a better home buying experience than what just transpired for me with Marco and his team. I couldn’t have imagined a better outcome from my home buying!
