Sushi by Scratch
If you love omakase and the omakase experience, you will love Sushi by Scratch in South Lake Union!
A lovely intimate spot, Sushi by Scratch is an experience to remember. You are able to arrive slightly early and enjoy a welcome cocktail and several canapes in the bar before being seated at the sushi bar, which seats only 10. You will then be served 17 out of this world nigiri courses. After each bite, we both said, “okay, now that’s my favorite”. But honestly couldn’t pick a fav as they were all spectacular, light fresh and tasty. We chose the sake pairing and it allowed us to try 6 unique sakes along with our meal.
This was an anniversary dinner for us and what a special experience, highly highly recommend if you enjoy sushi in a beautiful cozy environment.
