Our monthly date night had us landing in Pioneer Square at the Populus Hotel’s restaurant, Salt Harvest, for dinner.
The space was absolutely beautiful, lush with plants, soothing colors, plush rugs, warm tones, and well appointed details. I really loved the vibe. On to the food! It was also fabulous. We shared beef carpaccio, a seasonal seafood crudo special, ambered summer beets, and the wild king salmon. Everything was so delicious that it was hard to pick a fav course, though I might say the carpaccio…I’ll have to go back to be sure 😁
Next time you hit up Pioneer Square be sure to eat to Salt Harvest and check out the beautiful Populus Hotel, There is also Firn, a rooftop cocktail bar.
