Okay, okay, this isn’t in Seattle, but we went to a fabulous prix fixe restaurant in Boise Idaho while visiting family, and we loved it so much, we had to let ya’ll know about it!
A communal dining experience, this dinner is a five-course masterpiece of flavors and paired beverages. The chef team appear before each course to tell the story of the inspiration behind the food, the menu, and the locally sourced ingredients. Every bite was a delight. If you are in Boise, make sure to get a reservation for this very special restaurant.
Boise has a legit food scene and a great wine region about 30 minutes from Downtown Boise in Caldwell.
