After Marco enjoyed this chef’s food at a pop up last year we were thrilled to hit up their new brick and mortar restaurant, Gold Coast Ghal Kitchen, in First Hill.
This spot serves Liberian & Ghanaian cuisine, and the food was packed full of flavor. We sampled a ton of dishes but the table favorite was the potato greens with chicken. I am still dreaming of it and cannot wait to go back again soon.
