Seattle has become quite the foodie city over the past few years and with that comes new restaurants and bars popping up all over the city. We like to occasionally report on what’s going on out there so we can keep up on the new spots and so can you!
Vessel: A favorite bar of classic cocktail drinkers, Vessel had to move venues over a year ago and rumors of its opening date in its new location on Olive and 7th have been swirling for months but supposedly, it is opening tonight at 6pm!
Bait Shop: Linda Derschang is at it again! The owner of Smith, Linda’s Tavern, Oddfellows, and King’s Hardware is opening another bar in Capitol Hill, this time on Broadway. Not much is known yet as it is still in the planning and built-out phase but we are sure it will be great based on what we have seen from Linda so far.
Ballard Station Public House: This new bar opened its doors last week and sits on NW Market across the street from Matador and serves great craft cocktails, wine, beer and a large selection of cider. We checked it out last weekend and had a great time sitting in the open garage door watching the action on Market Steet go by. Check it out!
