Close friends and clients for over 15 years and 5 transactions, these buyers decided it was time to size up and knew who to call.
With a growing family, they were looking for a single-family home with a yard, or near a park, and a room for each kiddo. Having lived only in newer construction, they have a love for modern finishes and conveniences, so we knew we were looking for a newer or updated home. In no hurry and still loving their current condo, patience and finding the right house with the right layout in the right location was the key for these buyers.
