A new restaurant opened up in the new 1 Hotel in South Lake Union, which we happen to live above, and we were super excited to try it! We hit it up for happy hour and have already been back several times, what a treat it is.
The atmosphere is beautiful, based on bringing the outdoors in, and the living walls, moss and trailing Spanish moss is a vibe. The kitchen is led by James Beard-Nominated Chef Oscar Amador Edo and blends the rich traditions of Barcelona with the vibrant spirit of Seattle. The food was sensational and the cocktails divine. We recommend trying the tasting menu to so you can enjoy the most amount of menu items as possible.
