We first talked to this first-time home buyer in 2016, and after chatting through the buyer process and market conditions, the time just wasn’t right. Then they reached back out in 2022 when the time was right.

Looking on the eastside and up north for a two bedroom condo, we toured through several options and narrowed in on what was most important. We found the perfect spot, did our due diligence, reviewed all of the condominium documents, inspection and title report and were able to craft the winning offer in a multiple offer situation.
