After helping them sell their home in Issaquah, it was time to help these buyers find a home near to their family that they can retire in.
Wanting to be near to family, we set out to find a nice one-story home, with some land and in and around Maple Valley. Over a few months, we checked out several potential homes, but nothing felt like the right fit for our buyers. Until we found the one, a lovely home on almost an acre of land and in the perfect location. On the market for over a week, we didn’t have to compete with multiple buyers and were able to wrap this house up and close in just two weeks.
