April is here and the events of the month are stacking up. Get out there are enjoy this incredible spring weather we are having!
- Seattle Center Whirligig: Now through April 17th the Armory will be transformed into a hub of child-sized entertainment and fun
- Tulip Festival: Now through the end of the month enjoy visiting fields and fields of beautiful tulips in Skagit County
- Emerald City Comicon: From the 7th to the 10th the premier comic book and pop culture convention will be in Downtown Seattle
- Best of the NW Art & Fine Craft Show: Venture to Magnuson Park on the 9th and 10th to check out this large craft show of handcrafted works
- Seattle Restaurant Week: Sundays through Thursdays for two weeks starting on the 10th you can eat at one 165 participating restaurants and nosh on a $30 3-course dinner or a $15 2-course lunch
- NW Women’s Show: The CentruyLink Field Event Center will host this 3 day event of fashion, fitness, food and fun for women from the 15th through the 17th
- Earth Day Run: Join the masses on the 16th at Magnuson Park for a 5k or 10k run/walk and receive a native sapling tree to plant plus an additional tree will be planted in your name
- Arcade Lights at Pike Place Market: This event on the 22nd celebrates artisan food, craft beer and wine and benefits the Pike Place Market Foundation
- Free Entrance to State Parks: On April 22nd go to any state park for free!!
- Science Uncorked: Pop over to the Pacific Science Center on the 22nd and enjoy a sampling of wines while learning about the science of the vine
- NW Tequila Festival: Sip one of a large variety of tequilas, listen to music, eat some food, drink some cocktails and learn at the seminars at the Fremont Foundry the 22nd or 23rd
- Seattle Urban Trek: On the 23rd your team will participate in an adventure race that combines the attractions of Seattle with treasure hunting, running, social media, problem solving and team work
- Seattle Challenge: If you can’t make it to the Urban Trek or you just love team adventure races, on the 30th you can be apart of the Seattle Challenge urban racing series using smarts and speed
