What a year 2020 turned out to be for all our great clients!

Despite all the lows, there were also plenty of highs and life changing adventures our wonderful clients experienced this past year.

A year that started out with uncertainty in our local real estate market, proved to be very robust and resilient despite the pandemic and economic uncertainty. We saw single family house prices rise, and multiple offers continue to be the norm, while the downtown condo market in Seattle seemed to slow dramatically.

It was quite a year, but no matter whether our clients were buying, selling, or both, we were able to navigate the very dynamic Seattle real estate market with our clients’ success as the goal.

What will 2021 bring?

With buyer demand still high, low interest rates still hanging on, and pent up demand from an eager and hopeful city ready to emerge from a crazy 2020, we are optimistic this will be another great year for our real estate market.

We are truly grateful for our wonderful clients who entrusted us with this major milestone in their lives, their real estate. From condos, to townhomes, to houses, we are so thankful to work with all of you this past year. It’s been such a joy and privilege.
