These sellers decided it was time to move to a sunny state and live in the constant warmth and that meant selling their West Seattle bungalow we sold to them just a view years prior.
Having showings in your home while you live there during covid is a hard pill to swallow but with travel shut down, and coffee shops and restaurants closed, getting out of the house for showings is also a challenge. So an AirBnB staycation to the rescue! We assisted this family in decluttering their home, rearranging furniture and supplementing a few items, a light kitchen remodel and a nice deep cleaning. These sellers put in a lot of work! Once the professional photography was complete, the video shot, the 3Dwalkthrough and floorplan prepared we were ready to promote, promote, promote. It all paid off when we received an offer before they returned home from their staycation and we were able to get them closed quickly and on their way to sunny Texas.
