When we connected with these second home buyers, they were hoping to get an in-city retreat closer to work, but more importantly, with breathtaking views.

After touring them through Seattle’s most exquisite condominiumbuildings and through the units with the most unobstructed water views, they thought that Fifteen Twenty One might just be the one.
But since they currently lived on the eastside and never have lived in Seattle how would they be sure it was the right building and location for them? How about a free night stay in the guest suite? Our clients stayed one night in the building to try it on for size. And it fit! We then toured the remaining homes that met their needs and they selected the winner. After some great negotiating we were able to come to a price that worked as well as terms and some slight changes to the unit that made it truly the perfect home.
