Back in 2012 we helped our clients sell their condo off-market after they located a buyer. In 2019, those buyers contacted us for help in selling that same condo.
Having relocated back to Germany, these sellers were done being out of the country landlords and decided they wanted to sell their Capitol Hill investment condo. We were able to view the condo while the tenant was still living there so once she moved out we would have a plan already in place. With the sellers out of the country we were their eyes and ears in Seattle. We sent videos and photos, so they were fully aware of the status of things. After bids were received, we coordinated the painting, carpet replacement and staging. We also picked up brand new knobs for the kitchen and bath since they were all mismatched, little details like that can have a big effect on potential buyers mindset about a space. After all of that, the condo was ready for its debut. With a great offer received, we moved into coordinating closing. Having clients out of the country requires more coordination and we made sure to nail down all of those details and timelines on behalf of our clients to ensure a smooth closing.
