Our lovely clients, Mr. and Mrs. Hess, were in town for a short stay at their downtown Seattle condo so we made plans to meet up for a dinner on the town.
They selected Staple and Fancy, which we hadn’t yet tried, so we were excited to give it a whirl. And it was amazing! For appetizers we tried the Hamachi Crudo and the Heirloom Tomato, both of which were delicious. We shared several pastas and then dined on the Grilled Scallops, Roasted Rabbit, Pork Shank and Veal Chop. No one was disappointed. It truly was a fabulous meal.
