What was Marco up to in October?
Last month, Marco attended a training to learn about updates and changes within the mortgage lending environment for condos, especially focused on those condos with litigation issues, high rental ratios and what things HOA’s should be aware of and considering to help ensure owners and buyers are able to easily get financing for purchases and refinances.
