We met these clients many years ago when we were in talks with his sister about selling her condo. As it turned out, these clients bought the sisters condo and have been enjoying it ever since. Then they had a baby and wanted to buy a new house and, remembering us, reached out to start the conversation.
When we heard from them, they had already located a home they loved in West Seattle and we were able to quickly put that under a contingent contract, meaning they now had 5 business days to get their condo on the market! We put things into hyper drive! First step, basic straightening up and removing some personal items. Then came setting up the tightest timeline of vendors to date. In five working days during the 4th of July holiday we managed to squeeze in the cleaner, carpet cleaner, stager for a few miscellaneous items, photographer, videographer and floorplan creator, a true miracle. And it all worked out. We received an offer during the time frame allowed in our contingent house purchase contract and moved through to a simultaneous closing on the condo sale and house purchase.
