This month Marco has been working with buyers looking to locate vacant land or property with a tear down house on it so they can build a new Greenfab home. Greenfab is a local developer that specializes in green pre-fabricated homes. The process of locating land is different than your average home or condo purchase but he sure has been enjoying the challenge.
