Sometimes selling properties with a tenant still living in them can be a little more complicated of a process. Tenants are due certain courtesies by law for showing times and instructions and also just don’t have the same stakes in the sale, so feeling motivated to help keep the home clean and ready for showings can be questionable. However in this case, the tenant was the owners’ mom so it made the process super smooth for these sellers. We rearranged the furniture to maximize the feeling of space, decluttered a bit to remove the more personal décor and lined up our professionals to shoot photos and a video. We received 3 offers within one week and accepted the most competitive amongst them, which was at 106% of list price!
