Having sold this couple their first house, a townhome in Sunset Hill, in 2011 when it was time to move they knew who to call. After having two kids, it was time to sell the townhome and move closer to family on Camino Island.
It is always a bit more complicated to sell property when you have young kids as keeping your home “show ready” and working around nap schedules and the like, can be challenging. This couple had already located a house to buy near family on Camano and decided they would negotiate a pre-closing rental there and move out so their townhome would be easy to show and sell. We hired our dream team of professionals to stage, photograph and video, making the space and marketing pop. We created all of the important marketing collateral and launched. Knowing our sellers were waiting on this to sale close in order for their new home purchase to close, we set an offer review date for a week out in hopes that, not only, we could escalate the price, but also get a quick closing for them. And that is just what happened. We received several offers and were able to sell their townhome for more than list price and we closed in 9 days!
