A roommate of Loren’s from college reached out when the time came to sell her first condo in the Welch Plaza condominiums in the Central District so she could buy a home in Wenatchee. We hoped on the phone, chatted through the process and got going.
After doing a pricing analysis, the marketing list price was set. It was then time to start working on the presentation. Professional staging was coordinated, our photographer and videographer captured the condo in its best light and we were ready to launch our marketing. Preparing the flyer, neighborhood feature sheets, and explaining what positive changes were currently under construction on 23rd out front of this condo were the last steps before going on the market. We hit the market and in just over a week we received an offer over list price. The rest of the selling process is about being informed on the steps, paperwork and requirements to smoothly travel through to closing, which is just what we did.
