This last month, Marco has been scouring the universe for property options for our buyers. In this fast paced, low inventory market, we have to resort to untraditional means of finding options.
For example, we have clients who were looking for a home in Madrona. After losing out in a multiple offer and also not finding anything that was a perfect fit for their needs, we drove the neighborhood to see what we could sniff out. We saw a few new construction homes being built but they didn’t have any signage so we reached out to some agents we know who work with builders. With some digging, we were able to find the agents representing these homes! Although the builder wanted to wait and list the homes to get maximum market exposure, we were able to negotiate a pre-sale contract on one of the homes for our buyers! No competition! No multiple offers! And a house that meets their needs!
