We helped this client purchase this condo in 2011 and when it came time for her to move out of the city and sell it, she reached out after a decade to start the process.
Since we had last seen the condo, it had been delightfully updated. A new modern kitchen and bath, new hardwoods and air conditioning. These are great updates when it comes to selling as people are drawn to homes and condos that feel fresh, modern and turn-key. Other than painting, cleaning and few easy handyperson tasks, this space was ready to go. Now it was our turn. We coordinated staging installation, photography, videography, a 3D walkthrough (buyer’s love those!) and floorplans. Then we set all of this collateral in our new Storybook media website and pushed it out to blanket the web. We also created in-home tangible marketing for buyers to hold on to and remember. All of that preparation and promotion lead to a full price offer in only 5 days.
